Purchases
Taxes and Shipping: All purchases, shipping and taxes (as applicable) are charged in $US currency. All purchases are final.
Discount codes: Occasionally we may offer discount codes on purchases. The discount will apply to the price of the product and does not include an discount on shipping, handling or taxes.
Fees: You are responsible for any custom fees and taxes due, depending on shipping and country of shipping/fulfillment of your purchased item(s).
Personal Information: You
address is required to complete your purchase in order to confirm your credit
card. Your phone number is not required. We do not retain your purchase
information after 30 days in order to protect your privacy.
Refund Policy
No Refunds.
All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, respond to the shipping information and product email you have been provided. An image, description of defect and additional photos (or videos) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes before an exchange is approved. Exchanges are only approved at our discretion.
Please note: there may be slight variations of colors, image sizing and image positioning due to the printing process and differences of inks, variations of colour display on computers and mobile devices. These variations are not considered a defect and are not reason(s) for an exchange.
Shipping
Shipping times vary according to fulfillment center and destination. You will receive email notification of your order and anticipated shipping times. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for providing the correct information for your order to be printed, processed and shipped correctly.
