Watch how the homeowner surveys the situation and decides to tow the driveway blocking car into the middle of the street so he can park in his own driveway.
This is not exactly how I’d do it, I would tow the guy’s car to another neighborhood, but I think the point is made when the bad neighbor comes out (in a robe and pajamas) to move his car from sitting angled into the street, with a little encouragement from the police, to find a better place to park.
It’s unknown if any parking tickets were written by the police, but based on the video it doesn’t seem likely.
