Really looking for mild revenge on the manager who fired my wife for “being too fat” when she knew what she looked like when she hired her two months prior weighing the same.

First off, I am sorry that this happened to your wife. You don’t say what king of work she was doing, so I’ll try to stay with general revenge things that can be done.
This is so wrong on so many levels and really makes my blood boil! I’m not sure that “mild revenge” is the best option here.
Does your wife have any witnesses for how this manager spoke to her about her weight? If there is, get in touch with them ASAP and get them to agree to help her. I see a nice human rights or discrimination lawsuit here.
Did your wife work in an office? Is there a Human Resources department to file a complaint? Same thing if she worked in a retail store. Put them to work in resolving this to your wife’s satisfaction.
If this manager has done this once, then he’s done is several times. I there a way to find other employees that may have been subjected to the same abuse? Maybe an online Facebook group or some other forum on Slack, etc? Finding others that have had the same issue and a lawsuit looks even better.
Have your wife go on career websites like Indeed, Zip Recruiter and Glassdoor and write an anonymous review about the company and manager to warn others. Make certain to have documentation and witnesses to back up the story she publishes so there’s no potential of a defamation lawsuit.
Maybe send him a card from the Freebie Downloads I have available and send something to him.
