We don’t know what emilyk8zz was wearing (or not wearing!) to cause this type of response, but we can sure bet it wasn’t a full-on bio-hazard suit.

I agree with the commenters that the neighbor should be speaking with her husband instead of leaving notes like this.

When emilyk8zz decides to get revenge on this neighbor she should be sending the husband a porno magazine so he doesn’t have to watch his doorbell videos to jerk himself off.
