Upstairs neighbour has been making fake complaints about a dog on our lot. We don’t even have a dog! It’s really annoying me with the incessant complaints. 

I’d like to hear if you have any ideas to get back at him? 

I have his email, full name and address.

Obviously the guy is off his nut. I’d simply put up signs that say “Beware of ghost dogs” and let him stew on it. 

Then I’d send him a lot of dog walkers to help him with his issues.
